What does “sold by the case” mean?
Every product is sold in a full case. The number of bottles in a case is shown on each product, and you choose how many cases to buy.
How is the per-bottle price worked out?
The per-bottle price is the case price divided by the number of bottles in the case. It is shown on every product so you can compare.
Which taxes and fees are added?
GST (5%) applies to the goods, shipping and the processing fee. The container deposit for each case is shown as its own line. Shipping and the $3.99 processing fee are shown at checkout before you pay.
Are all the products in stock?
We list only products that are in stock. The catalog is refreshed every day. A product that sells out stays on its page, marked as not available.
Do sale prices end?
Yes. Limited-time sale items show the sale dates, and the price goes back to normal when the sale ends. Where we have the regular price, it is shown crossed out.
Is there an age requirement?
You must be of legal drinking age in the province you are ordering to. Every delivery needs valid ID and an adult signature, and we cannot leave an order with anyone who cannot show it.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver where local rules allow. The available provinces and the delivery cost are shown at checkout before you pay.
